Creating a new PharmX Portal User
If you require additional users to be added to the PharmX portal, please contact techsupport@pharmx.com.au and one of our tech team will configure the new user on your behalf using the details you have provided.
PharmX portal user types include Read only and Admin.
Read only - Has the ability to view messages being transmitted via the PharmX gateway.
Admin - Has the ability to view messages, add and administer accounts to pharmacies, and resend documents as needed.
On completion of the setup, a PharmX tech support consultant will respond with the new user's credentials and instructions on accessing the portal after which your new user can log in and commence activities on the PharmX portal.
