Forgotten Password Recovery

You can recover and reset a forgotten password via the PharmX Portal by following the steps below.

Click ‘Forgot Password’ on the PharmX Portal log in page.

Enter your email address and click ‘Send Email’. An email will be sent to your inbox.

Enter a new password or use the ‘Generate Password’ option

Click ‘Change Password’

Your password has changed successfully.

You can now select the ‘Go to Login Page’ and log into the portal
