Order Compliance
Order compliance allows suppliers to enforce specific requirements for orders placed via the PharmX gateway 3. This compliance check helps to reduce the instances of invalid orders sent through to supplier ERP’s, which typically requires manual intervention to resolve.
Available Compliance Checks include:
Product Validation: As a supplier, you can provide your product data to PharmX, ensuring only valid products are available to be ordered.
The POS vendor will have the option to override compliance checks if allowed by the supplier (controlled by a defined value for Type
when creating orders). This assumes the buyer has accepted that additional fees or charges may apply, e.g. freight charges, from the supplier as a result. This should be reflected in any messaging within POS to the user.
